This cocktail is a twist on the classic Old Fashioned that honors our past and gives a nod to the East meets West collaboration that made Legent possible.
2 parts Legent™ Bourbon
1/2 part green tea simple syrup
2-4 dashes lavender bitters
Lemon peel for garnish
Stir all ingredients. serve on the rocks and garnish with an expressed lemon peel.
To make the green tea simple syrup:
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
1 green tea bag
Put sugar, water and tea bag into saucepan over medium-high heat and cook until sugar is dissolved. Squeeze tea bag and remove from syrup. Cool before enjoying.

1 1/2 parts Legent™ Bourbon
1/2 part Campari® Liqueur
1/2 part Carpano® Dry Vermouth
1/4 part honey simple syrup
Grapefruit swath for garnish
Stir all ingredients with ice and strain over large ice cube. Garnish with a grapefruit swath.
To make the honey simple syrup:
1 cup honey
1 cup hot water
Add honey to hot water. Stir to incorporate. Cool before enjoying.
A rounded and smoothed-out play on a whiskey sour. Easy to make and easier to enjoy.
1/2 parts Legent™ Bourbon
1/2 part Rothman & Winter® Orchard Apricot Liqueur
1/2 part lemon juice
1/4 part simple syrup
Shake all ingredients. Strain into rocks glass with fresh ice. Enjoy!
