Got Health Goals?
If you’re like me, one of your resolutions for 2020 is to live a healthier lifestyle. Maybe you’re watching what you eat, hitting the gym, or adding more whole foods to your diet.
If so, alcohol is a tricky subject. Most cocktails are full of sugar—and empty calories. To make matters worse, you can’t always find nutrition information on the back of a bottle! If you’re looking for healthier alternatives to your favorite drinks, we have a few suggestions.
Fitvine Pinot Grigio ($15.49)
The name says it all. Fitvine proudly creates wine with less sugar and fewer sulfites. This off-dry Pinot Grigio features floral notes and juicy flavors of green apple and citrus. Pair it with a bowl of zucchini noodles or grilled shrimp—yum!

High Noon Hard Seltzer ($24.99 per 12 pack, $2.49 per can)
Do you enjoy sparkling water? How about vodka sodas or juice spritzers? Then you’ll love this hard seltzer. High Noon comes in four delicious flavors (black cherry, watermelon, pineapple, and grapefruit). It’s made with real fruit juice, vodka, and sparkling water. That’s it—no added sugar!
Other popular hard seltzers are malt-based. High Noon is vodka-based, which means it’s gluten free and (in our opinion) better tasting.
