 Prestige Group is a Marketing Organization that guarantees the lowest prices for fine wine and spirits.
You can obtain your Prestige Card at Whitehouse Liquor and Lisa's Liquor Barn (each store is independently owned and operated). All sales are executed through the two stores, which are licensed by the state of New York.
Prestige Group's goals
To provide quality wines for our customers and to achieve customer satisfaction with our service and selection.
By becoming a Prestige Card member of Whitehouse Liquor and/or Lisa's Liquor Barn your Prestige Card Guarantees:
1) Lowest ad prices in Rochester (possibly all of NY State)—weekly ad specials from Century Liquor or Marketview Liquor (Marketview is usually .50 higher).
2) Notice of all wine tasting events, special wine trips, wine classes.
3) Satisfaction with your wine purchase utilizing our knowledgeable sales staff to personally help you!
4) Confidentiality - No portion of your sales history is sold or shared with any third party.
We will accomplish this by:
Providing the Prestige Card for all customers. This card contains inherent value to the customer in savings and information.
Providing the Prestige Card Members with the finest selection of wine possible.
Providing the best service within our stores through our Wine Associates.
Providing a sales staff trained to answer questions and having an advanced training in wines sold and prompt attention to any question posed by the customer.
We believe our mission to the Prestige Card Member exceeds mere wine sales:
We will provide formal wine classes/seminars to educate and update our Prestige Card Members in wine history, production methods, trends in wine and tasting of wine.
Offering Prestige Customers weekly wine tasting within the stores, selection to change weekly.
Continually educate our WINE ASSOCIATES to meet future wine challenges and continue to assist our most valuable asset, our Prestige Card Members.
To listen to our customers through Customer Wine Committees who will serve as advisors to management staff at both stores.
